Kellem Emanuele is Vice President of Operations for the National Coffee Association, USA. Founded in 1911, the NCA is the leading trade association representing the US coffee industry “from crop to cup”, with a mission to grow the US coffee community through education, advocacy, and connection. 

Prior to joining the NCA, Kellem served as Chief Impact Officer for Sustainable Harvest Coffee Importers, and Executive Director of the International Women’s Coffee Alliance. Her experience also includes leadership roles in diverse sectors, including regional transportation planning and industrial energy efficiency. Her academic background includes a master’s degree in public policy, and certifications in business, finance, and sustainability leadership.
